Michelle Tronerud founded Cycle Accounting because she is passionate about helping small businesses improve accounting processes and increase profitability. As a non-traditional Accountant, she helps business owners gain an understanding of their numbers and what that means for their businesses.
Michelle brings a unique perspective to her clients due to experience working with both small and large companies as well as her background in public accounting and management. As a strategic thinker, she enjoys improving processes and utilizing technology to create efficiencies. Michelle graduated from the University of North Dakota with a Bachelor of Accountancy and went on to earn her CPA and MBA. She is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and has completed courses for QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online. Josh enjoys the challenge of working with clients across a variety of industries at Cycle Accounting. He is able to leverage his prior experience with complex account reconciliations, accounting system implementation, process creation/improvement, and management to help clients achieve their accounting goals.
Josh graduated from McNally Smith College of Music with a Bachelor of Music in Music Performance, and Hennepin Technical College with an Associate of Applied Science in Accounting. He is currently working toward a Master of Accountancy from the University of North Dakota and intends to pursue CPA licensure. Josh is a Certified ProAdvisor for QuickBooks Online. When not helping clients, Josh enjoys playing the guitar and spending time with his family. |

Beth Boal was thrilled to join Cycle Accounting where she could leverage a variety of tools to effectively meet client needs. She brings a lot of enthusiasm for helping clients achieve their accounting goals. As a Senior Accountant, she uses her curious nature to continue to learn from clients about their small business challenges.
Beth graduated from Bethel University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business degree with a minor in Small Business Management. Her previous experience is in accounting, law firm billing, process improvement, sales tax auditing, accounts payable, and 1099 reporting. When not helping clients, she and her family enjoy spending time outdoors or traveling. |

Ellie Meister enjoys the continued learning and challenges of helping small businesses with their bookkeeping and accounting needs. As an Accountant, she uses her excellent organization and passion for process improvement to complete client work timely and accurately.
She brings previous experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and reconciliations. Ellie graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a Bachelor of Finance degree. She is a Certified ProAdvisor with QuickBooks Online. When she is not helping clients, she loves traveling or spending time outdoors with her husband, and her dogs. |

Jane Hester jumped at the opportunity to join Cycle Accounting where she could help the startup by using her diverse skillset and problem-solving capabilities. She is also excited to work with small businesses and expand her accounting experience. As the Office Manager, she helps Cycle Accounting run the office, and support the company growth by managing technology, office operations, and human resources. In addition, she also helps clients with bookkeeping, bill pay, month end and payroll.
Jane brings experience with keeping an office running smoothly, including administrative support, technology, human resources, payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable. She graduated from St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor of Communications and has a Paralegal Certificate from Carthage College. She is a Certified ProAdvisor with QuickBooks Online. When not running the office or assisting clients, Jane enjoys spending time cooking, traveling or with her husband, son, family, and friends. |

Becky brings over a decade of experience in accounts receivable, collections, general ledger and bank reconciliation. She enjoys working with clients to assist in their bookkeeping needs and cultivating company growth. She prides herself on providing accurate information in a timely manner.
Becky graduated from North Hennepin Community College with an Associate of Applied Science in Accounting. She intends to go back to school to earn her bachelor’s degree in the coming years. When she is not working, she enjoys gardening, fishing, going to the cabin, and playing any type of sport with her husband and two boys. |

Luke Dahl joined the team in the spring of 2023, bringing with him experience in small business accounting, tax preparation and QuickBooks Online. Luke is team oriented, and he thrives in close-knit work environments with a good balance of autonomy and collaboration. He enjoys forming strong relationships and is excited to work closely with clients to help them achieve their goals. Luke is also passionate about developing his finance skills to provide meaningful business analytics and learning more in the areas of budgeting and forecasting.
Luke graduated from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance in 2022. During college, he interned with a small personal tax firm, giving rise to his interest in expanding his knowledge in accounting. After graduation, Luke spent over a year in public accounting with an emphasis on business month end and preparing tax returns. When he is not working, Luke enjoys spending time with his wife and their golden retriever, Sunny, and participating in various sporting activities. |
